Certificate in Theology

The Certificate in Theology is a one-year foundational program consisting of 36 credits. It is intended for those who are beginning their journey in theological education or who desire a basic understanding of the Bible and Christian faith.

It also gives importance to spiritual formation and practical aspects of Christian living. The focus at this level is to build a strong foundation that prepares students for further study or active participation in church life and ministry.

Diploma in Theology

The Diploma in Theology is a two-year program consisting of 72 credits. It builds upon the foundational level and provides a deeper engagement with Scripture, theology, and ministry practices.

At this stage, students are introduced to principles of biblical interpretation, detailed study of selected biblical books, and a more structured understanding of Christian theology. Alongside academic learning, the program emphasizes the development of ministry skills such as preaching, leadership, and ethical decision-making. It is designed for those who are already involved in ministry or are preparing for more responsible roles in the church.

Bachelor of Theology

The Bachelor of Theology is a three-year program consisting of 108 academic credits, along with additional components related to ministry and research. It is intended for those who are seeking a more advanced level of theological education and are preparing for leadership, teaching, or full-time ministry.

The program provides in-depth study of both Old and New Testament texts, systematic theology, and various areas of practical ministry. It also includes subjects that address contemporary challenges, such as apologetics and cultural engagement, along with introductory study in biblical languages to strengthen interpretation of Scripture. The aim of this program is to equip students with a balanced combination of biblical knowledge, theological clarity, and practical ministry skills, enabling them to serve effectively in diverse contexts.

GIOTS is designed as a fully online theological training platform, making structured theological education accessible to students regardless of their location or ministry context.
